The morniing of September 19,opening ceremony of SCUT 2009 cadres and in_service postgraduate classes of Public Administration,as the appointment ceremony of Lan Fo_an part-time professor,was hold at the Shaw Humanities Building lecture hall. LI Yuan-yuan , the president of SCUT,Lan Fo_an,the director of Guangdong Provincial Audit Office, and Cui Ren_quan,secretary of Guangzhou Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau Party Committee,Attended the ceremony.as well as the relevant leader of the training of cadres Department of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, South China University of Party Organization Department, Graduate School, Admissions Office, and school of Public Administration also attended the ceremony.
At the outset, The ceremony held a simple but solemn appointment ceremony for Lan Fo_an adjunct professor. President Li Yuan_yuan awarded Lan Fo_an,the director of the Guangdong the Adjunct Professor appointment letter.
President Li Yuan_yuan on behalf of the SCUT welcomed warmly to Lan Fo_an director’s coming,and also expressed his sincere congratulations to all the students of 2009 cadres and in_service postgraduate classes of Public Administration. He stressed that the cadres and in_service postgraduate classes were elite classes, the participants were at the rising phase of life , life's Golden Age,and it is the best choice for students to such a good class to learn. He hoped that the students can correctly handle the relationship between the study and the work, reasonably arranged their time and strived to do work and study well. Finally, President Li Yuan_yuan once again on behalf of the school to thank the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Guangzhou Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, as well as all students’s units’s care and support to SCUT.
In addition, Lan Fo_an,director of Guangdong Provincial Audit Office, Cui Ren_quan,secretary of Guangzhou Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau , and Zhou Qin_sheng,leader of the cadres training Department of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Organization Department,also gived speech in this opening ceremony. Subsequently, Wu Ke_chang,the acting dean of Public Administration school,gived a brief introduction to SCUT and the college, and then focused on analysing the significance and effect of postgraduate study, encouraging students to study hard, to overcome various difficulties, seek work and study double harvest.
Finally, vice_director of State Secrets Bureau of Guangdong Province Zhang Ze_jin,on behalf of all students of 2009 Departmental-level cadrres’postgraduate class of Public Administration,and vice_president of Guangzhou City Industry and Trade Technicians College Zhong Xiu_ping on behalf of all students of the in_service postgraduate class,expressed their thanks for the SCUT, and determined to study and work hard , did not let down the organizations and units’ expectations.
After the ceremony,our school part-time professor Lan Fo_an,director of Guangdong Provincial Audit Office, made a presentation entitled“Audit Management studies”for the participants,as the first academic report.
