Christopher McCord, dean and Smerge Endowed Chair Professor of Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science of Northern Illinois University visited the School of Public Administration SCUT on Oct.2nd 2013. Leaders of School of International Education and the School of Public Administration attended the reception and the meeting. On the basis of reclaiming the fixed consensus, both parts also discussed a broad range of collaboration issues on students exchange, faculty exchange and Confucius program etc..
